Emmanuel is a Legal Assistant with the firm.  He is actively involved in courtroom advocacy and focuses on debt recovery, employment law, property law and conveyancing, taxation, and commercial litigation. Emmanuel also provides Alternative Dispute Resolution advice for the firm’s corporate clients and routinely advises various clients in arbitration, mediation, and reconciliation proceedings. 

Emmanuel also has expertise in corporate advisory with specific emphasis on drafting and advising on contracts and contract management, review of commercial agreements and advising on governance and compliance as well as providing legal support and advice. 

Emmanuel holds an LLB (Hons) degree (First-Class) from Uganda Christian University and a First-Class Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre where he was the recipient of the Chief Justice’s Award.
