Natalia joined the firm as a Legal Assistant upon completion of her Post Graduate clerkship training which she undertook at K&K Advocates.  She is actively involved in the Transactions and Advisory department, with a keen interest in Banking and Finance, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Property Law and Conveyancing and Intellectual Property. 

She has expertise in corporate due diligence processes, preparation and perfection of security documents and corporate governance advisory. 

Natalia also has expertise in corporate advisory with specific emphasis on regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and advising on governance and compliance issues.

Outside the firm, Natalia is an avid reader and writer.
