Paul is an Associate Partner at K&K Advocates and heads the firm’s Business Development Department.

Paul specializes in Corporate and Commercial law with a strong focus on Property Law & Conveyancing, Banking and Finance, Public Private Partnerships, M&As, Private Equity, Projects Finance.

Having worked with the firm for 6 years, Paul joined the American Tower Company Uganda Limited, the biggest passive telecommunication company in Uganda, as the Manager Land Management and later Head of Asset Management until May 2017.

Paul rejoined K&K Advocates in June 2017 to continue his career as a practising advocate with the firm. Paul has a wealth of experience advising in M&A transactions, project finance, and conveyancing.

Paul is an enthusiastic golfer.
