Victor Andrew Taremwa is a Legal Assistant at K&K Advocates, having joined the firm upon completion of his postgraduate clerkship training at K&K. He is a member of both the Litigation and Transactions teams and supports the teams in Intellectual Property Law, Public Law, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Property Law, and Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
Victor handles the preparation of legal opinions and briefs, corporate due diligence, contractual review, and advisory on regulatory and compliance matters. He has contributed vital legal research on a range of issues, providing critical support to the litigation team on matters that have been successfully argued at multiple levels of the Ugandan judiciary, including the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
Outside the office, Victor is a sports enthusiast and also enjoys photography, creative writing, poetry, and other works of literature.
