Benson C. Mayanja is a Legal Assistant at K&K Advocates, having joined the firm upon completion of his postgraduate clerkship training at K&K. He is an active member of both the Litigation and Transactions teams, advising clients across commercial litigation, intellectual property, tax and revenue law, and corporate financing.
Benson has been involved in a range of the firm's significant litigation matters, including domestic and international arbitral disputes, high-value tax matters, high-stakes banking and finance litigation on structured corporate financing, and key constitutional litigation on the enforcement of fundamental rights.
Benson's transactional practice encompasses legal advisory on corporate structuring, high-value mergers and acquisitions, contract management, and regulatory compliance. He is a thorough and reliable legal researcher, and has assisted the team in advising corporate clients navigate complex commercial transactions involving structured financing arrangements, cross-border investment projects, and large-scale commercial contract negotiations.
Beyond the office, Benson is a passionate sports lover and an adventurist.
