She has also advised on a complex multi-jurisdictional syndicated loan facilities involving lenders and borrowers across Uganda, Kenya, and Mauritius, collaborating with international law firms to ensure compliance across each jurisdiction.

Flavia has significant experience in land law, conveyancing, and property transactions, handling both individual and corporate mandates.
